In-Person therapy

Our time together is for you. As your therapist I take the time to get to know and understand who you really are, where you have been and where you want to be. I take into consideration your beliefs, experiences, hopes and dreams. I am here to empower you with the tools and support needed so you can break free from your negative thoughts or behavior patterns. I teach you how to listen to your own inner wisdom and guide you to experience more joy in spite of the challenges that arise.
